Specialties: Jayme specializes in helping clients process trauma and attachment wounds while regulating emotions. She is skilled at working with grief and loss, depression, domestic violence and assault, stress management, and anxiety.

Jayme practices from a person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally humble perspective. She is passionate about helping clients from diverse backgrounds navigate life challenges, heal from past or ancestral trauma, and process intense emotions related to prolonged grief or end-of-life transitions. Jayme is skilled at holding space for healing energy exchanges, manifesting through intentions, gratitude, and affirmations.

Jayme was born and raised in the small Alaskan village of Talkeetna and has deep paternal roots in the coastal city of Valdez.

Before becoming a clinician, Jayme worked in community health centers focused on substance use and recovery programs, community advocacy, and providing crisis support.

Jayme has a background in visual/performing arts, community theatre, and botany field work. Jayme loves to be around bodies of water or foraging for herbs & fungi to make healing teas, tinctures & salves. Jayme also enjoys caring for her six rescue pets & spending time at her home-away-from-home in the Ka’u district on the Island of Hawai’i.
