We value transparency and ethical pay. Starting pay for everyone is $105 per clinical hour, with a 2% annual raise. This number is based on our average reimbursement rate, so when our reimbursement goes up your pay is adjusted automatically

Requirement to be trained in a Bottom-up Modality
EMDR trained or open to becoming trained requirement -most clients come to Chugach requesting/seeking EMDR
We also value Somatic approaches, Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Parts work, Clinical hypnosis…etc
