Kathryn specializes in supporting women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating trauma, depression, and anxiety. With a warm and empathetic approach, she creates a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.

Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Kathryn collaborates with clients to identify and address underlying issues. Through this partnership, she empowers clients to cultivate resilience and embrace positive change.

Kathryn is dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Whether clients are overcoming past trauma, managing mood disorders, or navigating anxiety, she is committed to supporting them on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. Kathryn joins Chugach after serving the Tribal mental health care system for the past 5 years.
