Jen is passionate about supporting clients while they work through challenging times in their lives. She specializes in working with acute and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, shame, grief, Women in transitional and midlife stages  & relationship struggles. She also enjoys working with first responders, veterans, military, and correctional officers. She understands the unique challenges & nuances these jobs entail.

 Jen’s approach is warm, direct, and open, with a blend of humor and compassion.

Formerly, Jen worked on the front lines within children’s advocacy and alongside law enforcement.
