Courtney’s approach is direct, honest, and grounded in genuine human connection. She believes trust is the cornerstone of good clinical work, and that it has to go both ways. She’ll be straight with you, and she’ll hold your hardest stories without judging.
Courtney has over 25 years of service working with people of all walks of life. She loves walking alongside people as they untangle and understand their own unique story. Together, she will help you uncover, explore, demystify, and process stressors and triggers. Her goal is to help people pull out the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that keep them stuck in unwanted and unhelpful patterns & to promote new patterns that set clients up for success.
Most of her professional career has been spent embedded in military environments and working directly alongside soldiers, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders. She understands the culture, the resistance, the identity, and the possible cost of reaching out, and so she meets people exactly where they are without asking them to be anyone different. Her specialties: Trauma, PTSD, Substance Use Disorders, Anxiety and Depression, and Addictions of most kinds.

Outside of the office, Courtney is a self-proclaimed Disney enthusiast, complete with a leg full of tattoos and the ability to watch the same movie a dozen times and still find something new. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her in her Jeep, hunting down roads she’s never been on before and taking copious pictures of the life around her. She believes there’s always something beautiful worth finding if you’re willing to look.
